Below we've put together lots of useful information to help make your stay as pleasant as possible...
Check in/Check out...
Check-in time is from 4:00pm and check-out time is no later than 10:30am. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please ask when booking your accommodation.
Please remember that Homefarm is a private home as well as a guesthouse and so earlier check-ins / later check-outs may not always be possible. We will, however, always do our best to be as flexible to your needs as we can.
Breakfast...
Freshly cooked on the Aga in our traditional farmhouse kitchen, breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room located on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. A full Breakfast menu is served between the hours of 7:00am and 8:30am daily.
Car Parking...
Parking is available to all guests in front of the main house. Guests are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicles overnight. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked in our car park during your stay.
Laundry Service...
A laundry service is available for an additional charge of £5.00 per load. Please note that this is for washing and drying only - if you require an iron we can provide you with one.
Smoking...
In line with government legislation, Homefarm Guesthouse is a strictly non-smoking establishment. If you are a smoker and feel in need of a cigarette, please request an ashtray and smoke in the garden away from other guests. If you are seen smoking in the house, you will be asked to extinguish it - persistent offenders will be asked to leave.
