Homefarm Guesthouse is an appealing barn conversion constructed of local Bath stone under a stone tiled roof. The comfortable accommodation is spacious with good ceiling heights and dual aspect windows providing views of the surrounding countryside.
We offer three en-suite bedrooms, all situated in the main house - one at ground level suitable for disabled access and two on the first floor. All rooms include colour TV, radio, hairdryer and hospitality tray and feature a private en-suite shower or bathroom with sink and WC. A cott is available for families with very young children.
- The Hayloft - This spacious family room consists of one king-size double bed and two single beds with an en-suite shower room. It is located on the first floor of the property.
- The Granary - For those who would prefer a room on the ground floor, we offer the Granary. The Granary is a double or twin room with sofa and an en-suite bathroom.
- The Barn - Also on the first floor is the Barn, a spacious double or twin bedroom with views overlooking the gardens. This warm and comfortable room offers a small seating area for reading and an en-suite shower.
All of our rooms can be adapted to meet the needs of our guests so if you do need an extra bed, let us know your requirements in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
The Breakfast Room
Start your day with a wholesome, filling breafast. Freshly cooked on the Aga in our traditional farmhouse kitchen, breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room located on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. A full Breakfast menu is served between the hours of 7:00am and 8:30am daily.
